AnsysIn high speed and mixed signal design, there is a need to consider more physical effects on package and PCB. ANSYS 3D electromagnetic software suite analyzes all the parasitic effects. From high pin count BGA to RF packages, ANSYS software extracts S parameters, impedance, RLC models and lets you see the impact on both frequency and time domains:
ANSYS SIwave can deliver resonant mode analysis, IR drop, impact of decoupling capacitors and optimization, impedance, reflection and transmission analysis. The ANSYS HFSS solver delivers extra accuracy on RF parts or non standard designs. Parametric capability on stack up, padstack and trace profile allow the user to investigate optimum and less sensitive designs.
ANSYS HFSS can also be used on antenna design and integration. The design can be drawn or imported as planar and full 3D model. The design parameters can be optimized, while antenna matching and antenna patterns are computed. Adaptive Finite Element meshing and continuous HFSS solver performance improvements allow to rapidly design with confidence. Active components and circuit models complement HFSS for full system simulation.


CalyptoCalypto Design Systems family of products enables ASIC, SOC and FPGA designers to quickly create fully-verified, power-optimized RTL for downstream synthesis and physical design.
