Organizer: KULeuven

KU Leuven Technology Campus Ostend, research Lab ReMI invites you to a seminar on Testing Software in Cyber-Physical Systems.

This seminar starts with an illustration of the importance of reliable software within mechatronics more specifically in Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).If the subject of this seminar is not in your domain, please forward the message to potentially interested colleagues.

Answers are given for the following questions:

  • What are the challenges for software in these systems?
  • Which additional challenges are involved in Cyber-Physical Systems?
  • What kind of software tests are relevant in this context?
Then examples and practical guidelines are given to write automated tests. Three strategies are applied, namely Test on Target, Test on Host and Remote Testing.
