On Monday February 4, 2019, Thomas More Applied Psychology and Mobilab & Care will organize a symposium to conclude the Carewear project. Within this project they worked on practical tools to make wearables available in the prevention and treatment of burnout and depression. At the symposium you will get more information about the project and how to use wearables to improve mental health. External speakers will give presentations.

- Steffie Desart (KU Leuven) – Burnout 2.0, What do we learn from practice?
- Prof. dr. Inez Myin-Germeys (KU Leuven) – Contextual psychiatry: the importance of measuring and intervention in daily life.
A third speaker will discuss the technical challenges associated with the use of physiology in mental health care. Finally, VLAIO will be present to provide more information about financing possibilities.
